March 1999 Capital fund increased to 10 million Japanese Yen.
March 1999 Transferred to Nakanoshma-cho, Sakai-city, Osaka.
June 1999 BE-S become a stock corporation and is renamed BE-S CO.,LTD.
February 2001 The Head Quarter transferred to Shinjo, Higashi-Osaka.

February 2002 BE-S own brand launched.
September2002 Start to exhibit in Tokyo International Gift Show.

"BE" and plural "S".
The "BE" is basic link-verb, and correspond itself by subject and tense.
The global dynamics and the value in our market have been changing with the elapse of the time.
We hope to grow with adopting, corresponding to these changes and our basic product development philosophy.
Thus, we adopt "BE" that have an infinite of possibilities.

The growth of employee is essential to success of business. "No growth of Employee, No growth of Company".
"S" represents aggregate of the possibilities.
