反社会的勢力排除に関する基本方針
ビーズ株式会社（以下「当社」）は、社会の秩序や安全に脅威を与える反社会的勢力との関係を一切遮断し、健全な業務運営を行うため、以下の基本方針を定めます。
1. 組織としての対応
反社会的勢力による不当要求に対しては、担当者や担当部署だけに任せず、組織全体として対応します。また、反社会的勢力に対応する従業員の安全を確保します。
2. 外部専門機関との連携
反社会的勢力による不当要求に備えて、平素から警察、暴力追放運動推進センター、弁護士等の外部専門機関と緊密な連携関係を構築します。
3. 取引を含めた一切の関係遮断
反社会的勢力とは、取引関係を含めて、一切の関係を持ちません。また、反社会的勢力による不当要求は拒絶します。
4. 有事における民事と刑事の法的対応
反社会的勢力による不当要求に対しては、民事と刑事の両面から法的対応を行います。
5. 裏取引や資金提供の禁止
反社会的勢力による不当要求が、事業活動上の不祥事や従業員の不祥事を理由とする場合であっても、事案を隠ぺいするための裏取引は絶対に行いません。また、反社会的勢力への資金提供は、絶対に行いません。
Basic Policy Against Anti-Social Forces
be-s Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established the following basic policy to sever any relationships with anti-social forces that threaten social order and safety, and to ensure sound business operations.
1. Organizational Response
The Company will respond to unreasonable demands from anti-social forces as an organization, rather than leaving it solely to specific individuals or departments. We will also ensure the safety of employees responding to such forces.
2. Cooperation with External Specialist Agencies
The Company will maintain close relationships with external specialist agencies, such as the police, the Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and attorneys, to prepare for unreasonable demands from anti-social forces.
3. Severance of All Relationships, Including Business Transactions
The Company will have no relationships whatsoever with anti-social forces, including business transactions. Furthermore, we will reject any unreasonable demands from anti-social forces.
4. Legal Action in Civil and Criminal Cases
The Company will take legal action, both civil and criminal, against unreasonable demands from anti-social forces.
5. Prohibition of Backstage Deals and Funding
Even if unreasonable demands from anti-social forces are based on misconduct in business activities or by employees, the Company will never engage in backstage deals to conceal such matters. Furthermore, we will never provide funding to anti-social forces.
